Born in Bellevue. Fueled by Mountain Days.

Bluebird Cookie Company was born in Bellevue, Idaho from a serious love of butter, sugar, and ridiculously good cookies.

Our name Bluebird is influenced by the beautiful bluebird days we have here in the Sawtooth mountains and Sun Valley resort.

We’re a small home bakery operating under Idaho Cottage Food laws, baking fresh in small batches right here in the Wood River Valley. Every cookie is handmade, slightly over-the-top, and baked with the kind of ingredients we’d want in our own kitchen.

  • Hours: Tuesday - Friday from 11:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • How to Order: Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Add date you want to pick them up in comments. No extra fees.

Warm, protected bakery boxes brought straight to your front porch.

  • Coverage Area: Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Friday afternoon doorstep drop-offs
  • Perk: Automatic FREE delivery on 3 or more 12-pack boxes. Select Delivery, date you want them delivered in comments.

Weekly Cutoff: Orders close 5:00 PM (or until our small batch sells out). for next day pickup or delivery. Orders past Friday will be processed for the following Tuesday. Email for special requests.
