The Bake
Every batch is mixed, scooped, and baked fresh from scratch in Bellevue using organic local flour and only the best ingrediants for you.
Delivery & Pickup
Orders are boxed and dispatched for doorstep drop-off or ready for pickup in the Bellevue Triangle starting at 12:00 PM Tuesday through Friday unless you have a special request.
Cookie Freshness & Reheating Tips
What if I need cookies for a special occasion?
As of now, you can order up to 200 cookies for a special event. We need at least one week notice. Please call or email us with details.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep them in their airtight bakery box at room temperature for up to 4 days. If keeping longer, freeze them in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
How do I get that molten, fresh-out-of-the-oven center?
Microwave: Warm for 10–15 seconds for a soft, gooey center.
Oven / Toaster Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 3–4 minutes for crispy edges and a melted middle.
What if I need cookies the same day?
Sorry, we can't accomadote that but will happily get them to you the next business day.
