Bluebird Cookie Company
Bluebird Cookie Company was born in Bellevue, Idaho from a serious love of butter, sugar, and ridiculously good cookies.
Our name Bluebird is influenced by the beautiful bluebird days we have here in the Sawtooth mountains and Sun Valley resort.
We’re a small home bakery operating under Idaho Cottage Food laws, baking fresh in small batches right here in the Wood River Valley. Every cookie is handmade, slightly over-the-top, and baked with the kind of ingredients we’d want in our own kitchen.
We use organic flour from local favorite Hillside Grain, real butter (lots of it), quality chocolate, and zero boring shortcuts. These cookies are rich, chewey, crunchy around the edges, and unapologetically indulgent. Each cookie is huge! At least 5oz.
We believe cookies should taste homemade because they actually are.
A few important things before you dive face-first into a box:
- Our kitchen is a home kitchen operating under Idaho Cottage Industry rules.
- Our products are not subject to state licensing or inspection.
- There are nuts, gluten, dairy, and traces of chaos absolutely everywhere.
- We cannot guarantee any products are allergen-free.
Basically: if you’re looking for allergen-free counters and restraint, this may not be your place.

Pick-up or Delivery is Tuesday - Fridays, unless a special order. Delivery is available for $10. Free if 3 - 12 packs or more. Otherwise you can pick up your amazing cookies in the Bellevue Triangle. Address given at checkout.
