Fresh Baked & Perishable Policy

Because all Bluebird cookies are baked fresh to order in small batches, we cannot accept physical returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your order anytime before our weekly cutoff (Wednesday at 12:00 PM MST) for a full refund. Once baking preparation begins on Thursday, orders are locked and non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your box arrives damaged or contains the wrong flavor assortment, please send a photo and your order number to contact@bluebirdcookieco.com within 24 hours of Friday delivery/pickup. We will promptly issue a replacement box for the next bake or a full refund.
• Missed Pickups: Unclaimed pickup orders will be held until Saturday morning. Due to perishable quality standards, unclaimed orders cannot be refunded.

• Weekly Schedule: Baked fresh on Thursday. All orders are fulfilled every Friday between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST.
• Order Cutoff: Ordering closes Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) MST. Orders placed after noon roll over to the following Friday's bake.
• Bellevue Triangle Pickup (FREE): Pick up directly in the Bellevue Triangle on Friday afternoon. Exact address and pickup instructions are sent with your order confirmation.
• Valley Doorstep Delivery ($8 Flat Rate): Available for Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue. Select delivery at checkout and add any porch or gate notes in the order comments.
• Shipping Notice: Direct local pickup and Wood River Valley delivery only (Idaho Cottage Food compliant). We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.
